Does Stems Up Sound offer physical copies?

Currently we only offer PDF downloads, as demand for physical copies isn’t high enough to warrant the printing and distribution costs.

I purchased sheet music but haven’t received it. Where can I download it?

You should receive an email shortly after your purchase with the subject “Order complete – Download your sheet music!” Within that email will be a link that will download your file(s) directly to your computer. If you haven’t received that email, be sure to check your Junk folder to ensure it wasn’t improperly labeled.

If you still can’t find the email, please check “My Account > Downloads” on the home page of our site, and you’ll be able to access all of the purchases you’ve made with us.

I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I still make purchases on the site?

Absolutely! Simply head to “My Account > Checkout”, select the “Proceed to Paypal” button (you won’t need to use a Paypal account), and enter your payment information there. You’ll then be redirected to our site, where you can finalize your purchase.

NOTE: We are no longer providing ongoing customer service for purchases. Both Frank and Zach are working on solo endeavors, and “Frank & Zach” is on an indefinite hiatus. (We’re still close friends, just working on new things!)
